  1. What kind of pets do you allow? Do you permit exotic pets?
    At YaleTowne we accept both Cats and Dogs. With Dogs we do not have any weight restrictions, however Breed Restrictions do apply. Exotic Pets are not permitted at this time!
  2. How many pets may I have?
    You may enjoy up to two pets in your apartment home.
  3. Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet?
    Non- Refundable Fee of $150 per pet and a $150 Refundable Deposit per pet. Total of $300 per furry friend!
  4. What must I bring with me to tour an apartment?
    A valid, Government Issued Photo ID is required to be taken out to tour our community.
  5. What are your fees and monthly charges?
    Please call your management team to discuss what fees you are responsible for at our community.
  6. What are the income and credit qualifications?
    Our income requirements are that you make 3 times the monthly rent at our community. Please call our YaleTowne management team so that we can help walk you through what our guidelines are for the application process at our community. We look forward to speaking with you!
  7. What happens if I qualify for an apartment, but my roommate does not?
    If you qualify, yet your roommate does not, you will be offered the opportunity to move into our community without your roommate so that you can enjoy everything we have to offer. Contact your YaleTowne management team for further details so we can better assist you with this topic.
  8. Is my security deposit totally refundable?
    Your security deposit is refundable if the terms of the lease are fulfilled. Please contact the YaleTowne management team for further details.
  9. If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
    If you run into this situation, or if you are concerned that this is a possibility, please contact the YaleTowne Management team so that we speak with you in detail about this topic.
  10. Can I change to a month-to-month lease plan after my first year?
    Yes, additional fees may apply, please contact your YaleTowne Management Team for specific details!
  11. What utilities are included in my lease?
    Water is a flat billing rate depending on the size of the apartment, which is due with the rent. Gas and Electric are due separately to the companies.
  12. How long is the term of the lease?
    At YaleTowne we offer lease terms between 3-12 months depending on availability, short term fees may apply!
  13. Am I required to have renters insurance?
    We do require that you have renters insurance at YaleTowne. We can recommend local insurance agencies that offer Renters Insurance or you can search out different options on your own. We are here to help if you have any questions or concerns!
  14. Do you offer furnished apartments?
    We can refer you to a great company who provides furnishings for apartment homes from the basics down to a full package complete with your linens and silverware!
  15. Do you offer corporate apartments?
    We would love to help set up a corporate unit, please contact your management team for information on what we can do for you!
  16. If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
    You can call (918) 494-7744, email us at YaleTowne.leasing@webbellisinc.com, or stop by the clubhouse. You will experience 24 hour emergency maintenance at YaleTowne so no matter what time or day, if you have an emergency, our professionally trained Maintenance Team will be dispatched to your location!
  17. When is my rent payment due?
    Your rent is due on the 1st day of each month, we offer you a grace period through the 5th day and late fees are assessed to any account that rent is not paid in full as of the 6th day.
  18. What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?

  19. Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?
    Absolutely, your YaleTowne management team can set you up with the ability to make payments through our website so that you can utilize that convenience each month!
  20. Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?
    You may make online payments at anytime from your personal computer or smartphone through our website. You will need to have a member of our management team set you up with the ability to make the online payments prior to your being able to jump online and access this feature.
  21. There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?
    Guests are welcomed! Please contact your YaleTowne management team on the details regarding having a guest stay with you.
  22. Do you have reserved parking?
    Parking is 1st come 1st serve, however we do offer covered parking that is reserved for you.
  23. I have a motorcycle, where can I park it?
    Motorcycles are to be parked in designated parking places only! These designated parking spaces are in the parking lot!
  24. My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?
    Yes, please contact your YaleTowne Management Team when they arrive or let us know of their expected arrival date.
  25. Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?
    Yes! Satellite dishes are permitted. Please contact our management team to discuss restrictions and fees that apply. We also have a fabulous cable company that offers our residents discounts and deals through their VIP Program!
  26. Do you have cable services?
    Yes! Our residents are a part of Cox Communications VIP program which will offer discounts and deals that only members are presented.
  27. Does the property have a fitness center?
    Yes, our newly renovated and state of the art fitness center is now open! Stop by today to take a look!!
  28. Does the property have a swimming pool?
    Yes, a beautiful pool located directly behind the clubhouse. YaleTowne currently has renovations that are planned for 2015 and included in these amenity renovations we will be installing a gorgeous outdoor fire pit, a relaxing and resort style cabana for your enjoyment along with outdoor gas grilling areas!
  29. Does the property offer on-site recycling?
    We do not have recycling onsite, however there are 5 locations within a 2 mile radius that offer recycling. (Example The M.E.T. Recycling Drop-off Center – South) We are happy to direct you to the closest, most convenient place for all of your recycling needs.
  30. Are gas grills permitted at your property?
    No, however you are welcome to use a charcoal grill. You must be 15 ft. away from the building to use your grill per the Fire Code!
  31. Is there any additional storage space available at your property?
    If the large cabinets and extra closet space inside the apartment homes are still not quite enough there are 3 nearby storage companies who can offer their services. (Example Storage Station) Come see us for more information!
  32. Are residents permitted to paint their apartment?
    You are welcome to paint your apartment home if you please paint it back to the original color prior to your leaving our community to avoid fees!
  33. Will you accept my delivery packages for me?
    Absolutely, if you are not home to accept a package the delivery company will leave a note either on your door or in your mailbox and the package will be brought into the office until you are able to pick it up during business hours.
  34. Where do I register to Vote?
    You would need to visit the local Tag Agency. The closest tag agency is as 91st and Sheridan, or you can also register online at http://www.tulsacounty.org/Tulsacounty/default.aspx
  35. How is your property different from the competition?
    YaleTowne is in the process of being completely renovated! From the new State of the Art Fitness Center that will be available 24/7 to our residents, the limited access gate surrounding our community, refinished parking lots, exterior building renovations and clubhouse renovations with much more to come… YaleTowne has been taken to a whole new level of AWESOME! Our customer service is top notch and our professionally training management team is here to take care of our community’s needs.
